This software ("Shop OS") is operated by Classic Garage LLC (dba Graveyard Classics) for running our own shop's day-to-day operations — customers, vehicles, jobs, estimates, invoices, payments, and our team's time and payroll records. This page explains what information the software collects and how it's handled.
Solely to run the shop: scheduling and tracking jobs, billing customers, and paying our team accurately. We don't use this data for advertising, and we don't sell it to anyone.
Data lives in a hosted Postgres database (provided by Supabase) with row-level security, meaning it's scoped to our shop specifically. The application itself is hosted on Vercel.
Only people we've given a login to at Classic Garage LLC / Graveyard Classics. Our infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database, Vercel for hosting) can access data only as needed to keep the service running, under their own standard provider agreements — neither is a marketing or advertising company.
We use Sentry to catch and fix software bugs. It's configured not to collect personally identifiable information by default — it captures technical details about errors (what broke, where), not customer or employee records.
The "Try it now" option creates a temporary, anonymous demo shop with sample data, not connected to any real name or email. It's throwaway by design.
As long as needed to operate the shop and meet standard recordkeeping/tax obligations. If you're a customer of Graveyard Classics and want your information removed or have questions about it, contact us using the details below.
If how we handle data changes meaningfully, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
