OsEzy

Owning a shop is hard. Running it shouldn't be.

OsEzy keeps your customers, vehicles, jobs, time, invoices, payments, and team connected in one place—built for independent shops, not adapted from software made for someone else.

Know what's going on

Running a shop is hard. Knowing what's going on shouldn't be.

Where did that repair order go?
Did we ever call that customer back?
Who's working on that car?
So where's the profit?
Why we built it

We built OsEzy because we couldn't find software we'd trust to run our own shop.

Built by a shop owner, for shop owners.
Why owners like OsEzy

More wrench time. Less paperwork.

Know what's happening. Control what's next. Build a more profitable business.

Jobs stay connected

Keep every customer and vehicle in one place, with each job and its work history attached.

Numbers with honest labels

See what a job brought in, what was recorded for parts and labor, and what was left—with clear labels showing what is and isn't included.

Invoices and recorded payments

Turn a job's labor and parts into an invoice. You create and review it. Record the payments you receive against the invoice, and see what's still owed.

Payroll-ready hours

See payroll-ready hours and estimated gross pay for each team member, for the period you choose.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

Do I need to download or install anything?
No. OsEzy runs in a web browser on a computer or a phone. There is nothing to install.
How does the team use it?
Team members clock in and out and record what they worked on, in their own words. The Team view shows who's clocked in and what they're working on right now.
Does OsEzy process my card payments?
No. OsEzy records the payments you receive so you can see what's paid and what's still owed. It does not process card payments and does not collect money for you.
Does OsEzy bill my customers automatically?
No. Nothing bills a customer automatically. An authorized person reviews the charges and creates the invoice before it goes out.
Does OsEzy run payroll?
OsEzy reports payroll-ready hours and estimated gross pay.
